Transcript Enhancement: enrollment details for users

Please add access to course enrollment details for users from the item on their transcript.

I.E. Enrollment Date and who enrolled them (user name).

When troubleshooting, it is simpler to be able to see this data from the transcript item, instead of pulling enrollment reports and CET log reports.
