Complete Purchase for a Paid Course

When you are ready to enroll in a paid course, you need to complete the payment process. This will complete your enrollment in the course and/or training track.

NOTE: Before completing a transaction, make sure you have any applicable promo codes. These cannot be applied after the transaction is complete.

Forms of Payment

BlueVolt has three different ways of paying for courses.

1. Bulk Purchase/Buy for Others
2. Purchase Orders (PO)
3. Credit and debit cards issues by the following companies: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express

Complete a Purchase Using a Credit or Debit Card

To complete a purchase as a bulk order or by using a Purchase Order (PO), please follow the links above.

To complete a purchase using a credit card, please do the following:

1. Click Enroll 
2. Click Complete Enrollment 
3. In your Shopping Cart, click Begin Checkout 
4. Fill out the information for Billing Info, Payment Info, and Review and Submit  
5. Click Complete Purchase
6. Your receipt will come up with a button in the upper right to print if necessary. You will also be emailed a copy of your receipt. 

Complete CEU Purchase

CEU customers often pay at the end, when they’ve completed the coursework and are ready to have the completion reported to the state. The checkout process is nearly identical.

1. Once you have completed your coursework and met the seat time requirements, you can click the Pay Now button on the course. 
2. In your Shopping Cart, be sure to click the link to add rush reporting if you need your completion reported quickly. Then, click Begin Checkout 
3. Fill out the information for Billing Info, Payment Info, and Review and Submit  
4. Click Complete Purchase
5. Your receipt will come up with a button in the upper right to print if necessary. You will also receive a copy of your receipt along with a link to your Completion Certificate via email. 

NOTE: Your Completion Certificate will be in your Transcript, on the Course Detail page for the course in question.
