Learner Notifications

In addition to receiving an email, learners can access their notifications when logged into the platform. A bell icon in the header will display. The number of unread notifications will appear on the bell. Clicking the icon will display a list of links to the related training item. This Learner Notification feature currently includes these notifications:

• Course Enrollment (system re-enrollment)
• Training Track Enrollment
• Behind Schedule
• Activity Approved
• Essay Graded
• Offline Course Accepted
• Badge Earned

NOTE: All other learner notifications remain strictly through email. **This includes denials for Activity and rejections for Offline Courses.

You can click on the bell and see unread notifications. You can also click the link to See all my notifications. This will take you to a page that shows all your notifications.
