What is the Sharing Center?
The BlueVolt Sharing Center allows you to harness the power of content sharing with new tools and workflows built right into our powerful learning platform. Within minutes, you can share your courses directly with your partners or to our vast network of distributors and associations in the skilled trades.
The BlueVolt Sharing Center is accessed via the admin side of your university by going to: Training Content Shared Courses
The Sharing Center Course Catalog enables you to find new content for your university. Not finding what you need? You can Request Courses and BlueVolt will go to work to find a course that might work for you.
You can Share Courses to the Sharing Center Course Catalog as well as directly with specific partners by using the Share Courses wizard.
On the Sharing Settings tab, you can build and manage sharing relationships directly with partners and send them courses they can easily view in the My Shared Courses tab with quick links to set up in these courses in their catalog.
Automatic approvals can speed up the process even more, and a sharing-related Notifications center will keep you updated and organized on all sharing activity.
