Course Seat Time Report

The Course Seat Time Report will give you an idea of how much time learners are spending on a given course in your university. The report is not just for courses with minimum seat time requirements. This report is a useful look at how long courses are taking learners to complete, tracking required seat time, and spotting outliers such as learners who may be struggling with a course or not spending enough time on a course.

To run the report:

1. Go to Admin > Reports > Course Seat Time 
2. Using the drop-down, select the course you want to review. 

The report will show you Username, Email, First Name, Last Name, Completion Date, and Total Time including required time in parentheses. If the course doesn’t have a required seat time, the Total Time is just the time spent on the course.
