First, ensure you're using a modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari. Next, try the following:
- Double-check you've got Flash enabled on your browser.
- Clear your browser cache .
- If viewing on a mobile device, make sure the course says "Mobile Compatible."
- Wait and try launching the course during a lighter network traffic time.
Once you've done the items above, open a fresh browser window and log into your account and try re-launching the course again. If the screen is still black, contact support@bluevolt.com.
