University $BlueBucks

This report will give you totals on the number of $BlueBucks earned in your University. This is a great way to track $BlueBuck usage. This report will include $BlueBucks earned by the learner regardless of the university paying out the $BlueBucks. 

NOTE: For a comprehensive report on $BlueBucks earned by one particular learner in your university, see User $BlueBucks.

To run the report:

  1. Go to Admin > Analytics > $BlueBucks Reports > University $BlueBucks Report.
  2. Fill in appropriate information for Group and Date Range.
  3. Click Run Report (to view in browser) or Download Report to Excel.

The resulting report will include demographics and $BlueBucks amounts per learner. The details tab shows $BlueBucks per course and the Rollup tab shows a summary per learner for the date range.
